As part of the expansion of Hôpital Santa-Cabrini (HSCO) in Montreal, SCV Enercor leveraged its expertise in plumbing and electrical systems to deliver essential infrastructure for the new five-storey building.

SCV Enercor was responsible for the installation of plumbing, heating, cooling, and medical gas systems, as well as the implementation of several key mechanical rooms, including:

• A cooling plant on level SS1 with chiller installation
• A clean steam generation room for sterilizers
• A pure water production room on the ground floor
• A heat generation room on level 2 with steam equipment

SCV Enercor also handled the installation and commissioning of medium- and low-voltage electrical equipment, including:

• A 25 kV main electrical service with substation and transformers
• Installation of generators, synchronous switchgear, and transfer switches
• Deployment of critical power systems: UPS, 2-hour fire-rated cabling, power distribution, lighting, and cable trays
• Integration of safety and communication systems: fire alarm, video surveillance, access control, intercom, and nurse call

Thanks to a rigorous approach and efficient coordination, SCV Enercor contributed to the modernization of hospital infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance for the essential systems at Hôpital Santa-Cabrini.
