Victoria sur le Parc, also known as 700 Saint-Jacques, is a 200-meter-tall mixed-use development with 57 floors, including 5 levels of underground parking and a 10-storey podium. The tower houses 370 residential units, including 17 penthouses, as well as several common areas such as a gym, lounge, and indoor and outdoor pools on the 10th floor. The ground floor will feature approximately five retail spaces, including restaurants.

SCV Enercor’s work included the installation of temporary systems such as heating and sanitary equipment, site water management, and general plumbing, including potable water distribution, gas connections, and drainage for specialized equipment. SCV Enercor was also responsible for inspections and obtaining the necessary permits to ensure regulatory compliance, in addition to installing domestic water distribution systems, boilers, generators, and plumbing systems for both common areas and condominium units.
